This project is located in Arboledas neighborhood, in the state of Mexico, a neighborhood designed by Luis Barragán. Taking this as a starting point, the aim of this project was to represent Barragàn’s thoughts on living. “architecture creates a connection with nature”. That is why we designed the houses around the existing trees, and we also took ideas like aiming the windows at views from the inside, create an access that is both interior and exterior, and we used raw materials like stone and tinted concrete.
